If you leave your personal data with us in order to be contacted for a cool assignment, you do not want your data to be used for other purposes. We would not want that either, that’s why we do everything to keep your personal data really personal.

Royal Coders stores your personal data in a secure database. And they stay there. We will not pass on your details to third parties without your knowledge. In this statement we will let you know what information we collect and why we collect it.

When will we store your data?

The moment you fill in your data on our website, or otherwise indicate that you want to use our services.

It is also possible that we collect your information if you have placed it on public web pages from which you could be interested in our services. If we retrieve your data in this way we will approach you to ask if you are interested to register with us, to be approached for one year for nice assignments. Every year we will ask you for permission again to keep your data for one year. If we do not have an agreement on the storage of your data within 2 months, we will remove the data from our system.

What data do we store?

The moment you apply via our website, we will save the following data in our database:

As soon as you are invited for a meeting at our office or at one of our clients, we will ask you for a little more information. You can enter this yourself directly in our database. It concerns the following data:

Date of birth (still nice if we can send you a message on your birthday?)

Nationality

Whether you are in possession of a valid driving license

What training did you follow

What work experience do you have

We ask this information to find a nice / cool / suitable assignments for you.

Have you gone through all the aforementioned phases and can you not wait to work at or via Royal Coders? Then we still need the following information from you:

BSN number

Diplomas

Copy ID card / EU Passport

Passport photograph*

Data from your employment history

Copy bank card (only if you are going to work with us on a seconded basis)

Other matters if required by law or for which you have given permission.

* By having a passport photo taken at Royal Coders you give permission for the storage and publication of this. This of course with the aim of finding cool assignments. And exclude in consultation and with permission from you.

For bringing together supply and demand, Royal Coders will present your profile to its clients. This is only done in consultation with and with your permission. Your profile is anonymized to the extent that it is no longer traceable.

We do not collect and / or use information for purposes other than the purposes described in this statement unless we have requested your permission in advance. It’s that simple.
